’21 Years of Gold Standard Giveaway’’ (“Campaign”) is organised by Bio Harvest Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and will run from 17 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Campaign Period”).

1. Participants are required to follow Buds Organics (@budsorganics) on Instagram and Facebook.
2. Participants are required to like and save the challenge post on Instagram and Facebook.
3. Participants are required to tag 2 of their friends and share “what does the gold standard of care mean to you?” in the comment section.
4. Each participant is entitled to one comment entry only. Multiple entries from the same user will be disregarded.
5. Participants are required to post a photo or video featuring Buds Organics products and include the hashtags #budsgoldstandard and #21yearswithbuds in the caption to increase their chances of winning.
6. A total of 21 winners will be selected based on the heartfelt stories they share about their Gold Standard care experience with Buds Organics.
7. Content Format Priority Submissions will be reviewed in order of format impact:

•   Video entries will be given top priority for creativity and effort.
  

•   Photo entries will be considered next.
  

•   Comment-only will carry least weightage for selection of final winners.
  

8. The selected 21 winners will be announced on or after 15th September 2025 via Instagram post and/or Story on Buds Organics’ official account (@budsorganics).
9. The Winner will be contacted via Buds Organics’ Instagram Direct Message.
10. Bio Harvest reserves the right to select another winner in the event of:

• The winner fails to respond within 3 working days after receiving a Direct Message Notification.
• The winner refuses to provide valid contact or delivery details necessary for prize fulfillment.
• The winner is unreasonable or uncooperative in any extreme way during prize fulfillment.
